Often there are ongoing needs which emerge in the consultation process. Our conflict mediation facilitators work alongside the church leadership and congregation to directly provide resources needed or provide appropriate referrals to continue the process of healing and growth. These may take the form of recommendations for further training or therapeutic intervention.
Our facilitators, Bob and Brian, continue to be available for phone conferencing with identified congregants and leaders as needed. Reading and follow-up resources are also made available as deemed appropriate.
