In times of crisis and conflict, a church often finds itself in an uneasy place. The pressures of the immediate situation can leave the congregation feeling dazed and disenfranchised. Helping Congregations Heal can help.
Assessment
In times of conflict and crisis, members of a congregation are each affected in different ways. To determine the needs of a congregation, our conflict mediation facilitators will conduct a thorough assessment, and recommend a tailored Plan of Care.
Consultation
After assessing the particular needs of the congregation, our conflict mediation facilitators covenant with the congregation to remain engaged and active in bringing about healing and helping the congregation move forward again.
Resourcing
Often there are ongoing needs which emerge in the consultation process. Our facilitators work with church leadership and the congregation to provide resources and appropriate referrals to continue the process of healing.
True Partnership…
Our experience with Helping Congregations Heal was that of a true partnership. Their work with us was fully Christ centered, using the scriptures as a profound road map for reconciliation and new life.
